During these times, it's important to have flexible spending options, so Délavé will provide a full refund or store credit on SELECT ITEMS if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Because all items are not eligible for return, it is imperative that you read the full product description before making your purchase.
If applicable, you must submit an email to email@example.com in order to request a refund within 2 days of delivery. If approved, you will receive return instructions via email, and you must ship your items back to us undamaged, unworn, and with ALL original packaging materials within 6 days of receipt/delivery.
Please note that items are shipped free of charge to you, therefore, you must pay to ship your return back to us. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive store credit or a full refund (whichever is applicable) back onto the original credit card and/or payment method used to make your original purchase.
Order Cancellations- Order cancellations are permitted as long as your request has been submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE it has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for confirmation that the order has been cancelled.
